Responsibilities:
Market expansion and customer management
Develop and implement sales strategies, develop new markets, increase product sales scope, and achieve sales targets.
Manage and maintain customer relationships, develop Customer satisfaction and loyalty, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Collect market information, understand competitor trends, provide basis for company product positioning and sales strategy adjustment.
Team Management and training
Set up and manage the sales team, assign the sales task reasonably, supervise the work progress and performance of the team members.
Train and guide the sales team to improve the whole sales ability and business level.
Motivate team members, improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness, and create a positive working atmosphere.
Sales process and data analysis
Participate in the formulation of sales procedures and specifications to ensure the efficient and orderly development of sales activities.
Regularly analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, find problems and propose improvement measures.

Requirements:
Education background

Work Experience

Familiar with the relevant industry market, with a wealth of customer resources and sales channels.
Expertise
Proficient in sales skills and methods, with strong market analysis and forecasting capabilities.
Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel , PowerPoint, etc. . Able to use data analysis tools for sales data analysis.
Personal qualities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationship with different types of customers.
